2024 has been an incredible year for Serve Legal, reflecting our continued commitment to excellence, sustainability, and creating value for our auditors and clients.

Let’s take a moment to celebrate the milestones we achieved this year.

Sustainability: Green Miles

We continued to encourage our auditors to embrace eco-friendly travel by walking, cycling, and using public transport, clocking an impressive 21,013 green miles.

We wanted to end the year on a high, and encouraged our auditors to take part in one final challenge, a December Green Miles Challenge! We hope to announce the results of this shortly!

This commitment to sustainability highlights our shared effort to reduce our environmental footprint.

Auditor Impact

• New Auditors: This year, we welcomed 5,995 new auditors into the Serve Legal community, significantly expanding our auditor community. As well as offering flexible work to more people, we have been able to scale up our nationwide coverage, making audit completion more efficient and cost effective! 
• Audits Completed: Together, we completed a staggering 182,035 audits across 67,708 unique sites, ensuring compliance and quality for our clients nationwide. 
• Miles Claimed: Collectively, our traveled 1,097,945 miles, ensuring compliance acrosss every corner of the UK.

Client-Focused Success

2024 has been a monumental year for Serve Legal, not just in terms of our internal growth, but in how we've delivered value for our clients and partners.

• We hosted three exclusive client events that brought together key stakeholders from multiple industries.
• The acquisition of Store Checkers, a strategic move that has already made a significant impact on our service offerings

Rewards and Recognition

Serve Legal values the dedication of its auditors. In 2024, we:

• Offered 4 Staff and 16 Auditor Socials to the whole Serve Legal team. 
• Celebrated 176 Auditors of the Month, with bonuses and prizes for all of them!
• Paid out £64,105 in bonuses for exceptional performance and commitment.
