Celebrating the Dedication and Generosity of Our Auditors

At Serve Legal, we are proud to work with exceptional young people who bring not only professionalism but also an inspiring sense of community to their roles. One such standout is Charlie-Ann, who has completed over 200 audits with us.

In December, Charlie went above and beyond by using her audits, including Home Delivery audits, to purchase toiletries and donate them to Women's Aid. Her initiative, supported by her local rugby club and the Serve Legal team, resulted in a remarkable contribution to a vital cause.

Charlie-Ann currently works as a Community Champion at Starbucks, where she often participates in and organises these meaningful projects. She very kindly thanked the Serve Legal team for the work experience given to her; for how Serve Legal complements her work by offering opportunities that align with her passion for community service.

Why Home Delivery Audits?

Our Home and Rapid Delivery audits provide retailers with essential insights into customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with age verification protocols. Auditors purchase a basket of groceries for delivery (including an age verification item and mixed basket goods), they evaluate the process and customer experience of the delivery and submit a report which is passed from us onto the retailer.

In recent years, we have encouraged auditors to include non-perishable items for donation to local food banks or community centres during their audits. Charlie-Ann took this to a new level, demonstrating how this small addition, across a month's worth of audits, could make a significant impact on the women and children in her community.

A Standard of Excellence

Charlie-Ann’s efforts are a testament to the quality and dedication of our auditors. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Charlie-Ann and all our auditors who make the effort to donate their purchases to make a difference.

You champion a mission we are all very proud of.
